While courses are only kept on Blackboard for 4 years, the Center for Excellence in Teaching & Learning maintains an offline archive of older courses.
If you require access to an older course may email Ask-CETL@udmercy.edu (or use the form at the bottom of this page) for assistance. In your mail, you must include:
- The CRN for the course in question
- The course prefix and number
- The year the course was offered
The CETL cannot recover an archived course without this information.
CETL requires a minimum of two business days to process your request. Because CETL has to engage Blackboard's Technical Support to restore larger courses, recovery may take significantly longer.
