If you are experiencing issues with video not playing from the YuJa Media Library, such as the "Video is private" message displayed below, it may be related to your adblock software.
If you disable your adblock (or add an exception for media from yuja.com), you should be able to view the media in question.

In your message, please include a screenshot of the error (to screenshot on Windows, hit CTRL+SHIFT+S; on Mac, CMD+SHIFT+3), the course site ID for the class where you're having difficulty, and let us know where we can find the video inside the course.
