Click the Comment button, which looks like a text bubble over a square, in the annotation toolbar.
Next, click a space in the document that you wish to comment on. This will drop a comment icon onto the document and open a plain-text box on the left side for writing your comment. Type your comment, then click SAVE.
Click your comment to it for reply or deletion.
You cannot edit a comment that you have posted, only reply to or delete it.
