When you record a video in YuJa that uses two video feeds, the desktop recording defaults to primary and the webcam to secondary.
When viewed in the YuJa player, the primary video serves as a "full-screen" background and the secondary video appears as a floating box that viewers can resize and move around within the player window.

In the YuJa Video Editor, you can change which video is set to primary by clicking on the three-dots right of the secondary video in the timeline and choosing "Make Primary".
