Through a facilitated presentation, this workshop will explore how personal identities can be directly correlated to implicit biases and how those biases can impact students through microaggressions. By the end of the workshop, attendees will be equipped with tools and tips to use their identities to promote a growth mindset not only in working with or advising students but in everyday life.
