Session Description: SLATE is the customer relationship management (CRM) system used by the Office of Admissions. Attendees of this session will get an introduction to SLATE and learn about the type of information housed as well as how to locate it. Attendees will also learn how to easily interact with prospective or admitted students, check and track application documents, determine applicant status, and how to review an application and documents. This is an introduction to SLATE, but all are welcome. Questions at all user levels will be addressed as time permits.
