Session Description: Participants will receive a brief overview of how to gain about an hour of productivity EVERY DAY by capturing the “Productivity Pirates.” They will learn how to implement the Eisenhower Matrix (an established time management protocol and system) to prioritize and re-prioritize their constantly changing list of tasks.
