Session Description: Join the Center for Career & Professional Development (CCPD) as we explore how today’s student approaches the career planning process. This session will highlight insights from the National Association of Colleges and Employers’ research of Generation Z, and their future job search trends. Presenters will share how CCPD is shifting to meet the career exploration needs of Detroit Mercy students and how we collectively can assist students in developing Career Readiness Competencies. The discussion will conclude with opportunities to partner with CCPD as we all make efforts to retain students through graduation and witness them achieve their career goals.
