The discussion will cover the benefits of engaging in creative activities. Each participant will explore their interests, their financial requirements, and their physical requirements and then begin to develop a plan for doing creative activities that can be sustained over time. The session will end with a hands-on activity using paper which will allow participants to relax and focus. 

Session Learning Objectives:

  1. Participants will learn the benefits of living a creative life.
  2. Participants will learn to analyze individual needs for developing a creative personal plan.
  3. Participants will engage in a hands-on activity in paper designed to relax and promote creativeness.
