This session will share relevant findings from the most recent faculty annual survey and examine how those findings can inform the formal development of learning communities and institutional infrastructure designed to address faculty needs. Differences between two sets of survey results will be discussed to identify emerging patterns, persistent challenges, and areas requiring targeted support. The session will also present actionable items that participants can engage with as part of their scholarship, service, and broader faculty development work. Emphasis will be placed on translating survey data into practical strategies that strengthen collaboration, support faculty growth, and build sustainable structures for continuous improvement.
