With the end of the fall semester quickly approaching, this session is designed to review a series of practices that will enhance students’ experience and make instructors’ grading and feedback more effective, impactful, and streamlined. We will begin the session by reflecting on how feedback can provide students with the means for growth and how grading is meant to demonstrate learning. Effective grading practices can inspire students, identify areas where they need improvement, and ultimately contribute to a more meaningful educational experience. We will explore the features and best practices in Blackboard to help you take grading and provision of feedback to the next level. Our aim is to empower you with the knowledge and tools to position grading and feedback as valuable opportunities for both instructors and students.
