Imagine that every student at UDM experienced the full power of our university mission because faculty, staff, administrators, and students worked seamlessly across traditional boundaries. What would that look like? This highly interactive Strategic Doing workshop is designed for colleagues who want to move beyond conversation to collaborative action. Participants will identify assets they are willing to share, connect those assets to opportunities, and use a structured process to select a high-impact, highly achievable “Big Easy” opportunity. Working in facilitated groups, participants will define success, develop a Pathfinder Project, establish guideposts, and make voluntary commitments for next-step actions. Strategic Doing is not a passive experience: every participant contributes. Groups interested in continuing will establish a follow-up learning cycle to review progress, share insights, and adapt as their project evolves.
This session (J3) is part of a two-hour time block. Registering for the (I3) session automatically registers you for (J3), the second half of the session.
